You will leave with gentle yet bold practices that you can weave into daily life—accessible steps that nurture personal well-being while creating a more compassionate world

Meet Insight Meditation Houston

Insight Meditation Houston is an educational, meditative community intended to promote the benefits of Vipassana or Insight Meditation, serving the Houston community and beyond.

This mindfulness practice, existent in Asia for 2500 years, supports the development of concentration and awareness, allowing practitioners to see into the true nature of reality and to cultivate wholesome emotional states. We fulfill this mission by building an open community that welcomes all. We are guided by teachings that promote generosity and virtue and both wings of awakening, wisdom, and compassion.
