Grounds for Dialogue - Cultivating Understanding Across Divides
Bringing Houston Together is launching Grounds for Dialogue, a new initiative designed to create a welcoming and safe space for Houstonians from across the political spectrum to share perspectives, build relationships, and strengthen skills to navigate differences. The ongoing series will be introduced as part of Compassion Week in Houston, a traditional annual event that unites and celebrates compassionate efforts in the city.
Grounds for Dialogue is co-hosted by Leah Wolfthal, Council Member Julian Ramirez, and Council Member Sallie Alcorn, in collaboration with Braver Angels, a national nonprofit organization dedicated to depolarization and bridging divides.
