Meet Angelina Hudson

Houston-born and raised, Angelina Brown Hudson began her NAMI journey as a parent seeking support for her family. Their path toward recovery inspired her to spend more than two decades strengthening NAMI Greater Houston and sharing messages of mental health, resilience, and hope.

As a trainer, speaker, and advocate, she has developed youth mental health ambassadors, certified adults to lead NAMI programs, and equipped leaders to support employees facing mental health challenges.

Her lived experience as a mother, caregiver, and nonprofit executive allows her to connect deeply with diverse audiences.

Angelina has been recognized by NAMI National, NAMI Texas, and community partners, but she most cherishes her roles as wife, mother, and “Gigi,” finding her greatest joy in family.
