Meet Covenant Church Houston

Covenant Church is an ecumenical, progressive, Baptist congregation in Houston's Museum District. Born in 1965, in the midst of the Civil Rights Era, Covenant has long centered compassion as we seek to affirm the sanctity, dignity, and equality of all human beings and the value of all life in the universe. We stand for each individual's right to worship God and to respond to God's call in their own understanding of God's love. Our goal is to maintain an open and affirming atmosphere in which we welcome questions, nourish children, and tread diverse paths on the journey of faith.
