Sounds of Compassion
"Sounds of Compassion" offers an immersive sonic journey where small shifts in listening and presence open pathways to deeper connection and healing. Guided by Farida Meguid’s alchemy bowls and Michael Sgarlata’s live instrumentation, participants are invited to pause, soften, and experience how vibration and melody can nurture compassion from within.
In tuning ourselves to balance and calm, we plant seeds of change—simple acts of self-care that ripple outward into our relationships, communities, and the wider world.
