The emphasis on empathy and self-awareness should be incorporated in national and international activities to promote common humanity welfare. The most remarkable part of the training was interactive discussions by segment and contemplative exercises which made the participants feel the things in 'imagined real world.’ Once again thank you very much for the lively sessions.

Being part of the international CIT class with our compassionate tutors, Ms. Pamela and Ms. Barbara, was truly enriching and transformative. The discussions on CIT principles across cultures reminded me that compassion and integrity are universal values. Breakout sessions with classmates from around the world offered fresh perspectives and deepened my appreciation for our shared humanity.

A particularly beautiful and meaningful aspect of the course was the inclusion of 10 participants from Pakistan. Their dedication and thoughtful contributions strengthened our shared sense of shared belonging and human connection. Their presence was a powerful reminder that compassion transcends borders and that our efforts to create a more caring and humane world must always be grounded in a global perspective.

CIT holds great importance in our current global context, where empathy, ethical action, and emotional resilience are essential for peaceful living and coexistence. The content of the sessions was well-designed and thoughtfully structured to effectively meet the learning goals and applicable nowadays situations. This training has helped me grow in many ways—emotionally, ethically, and socially. I also developed a greater understanding of others’ perspectives and struggles.

CIT helped me identify blind spots in my empathy for others, and to notice the assumptions I make about others, especially those who may first appear to be different from me. It has expanded how I see commonalities and interdependence with others, and how we all – including ourselves - benefit from the practice of compassion. The course’s focus on meditation, self-reflection, and self-compassion helped strengthen my meditation practice, and that in turn makes me less reactive and more able to be a kinder person in the world. In short, CIT made me want to become a better person, and gave me some tools to do so.
Pam and Barbara were excellent facilitators, presenting the material clearly and knowledgeably, always steering the course with gentle encouragement and support.

Thank you for the fine presentations for your spring CIT course. It was well worth the time and cost.
I learned a lot that has already helped me in my life journey, and I recommend it to anyone serious about the compassionate path.

Your presentation of a mixture of visual images and exercises opened so many doors to how I think, my assumptions and the way I want to move forward in my life. I am a reader by nature, and your class stimulated a whole new path of literature - always exciting for me. Your class inspired me to think beyond my comfort zone.

Compassion Integrity Training has helped me heal as a recovering workaholic. I learned how to forgive others from long ago, and to lay those burdens down. The CIT practices became ingrained.
I am getting a certificate in compassion, and my spouse says that I deserve it.
