What is Compassionate Integrity Training?

Compassionate Integrity Training (CIT) is a unique and transformative learning experience. It guides participants through 10 distinct modules, each dedicated to developing specific compassion skills and tools. These modules act as compasses, leading individuals on a journey to cultivate compassion through three interconnected series, each exploring a different aspect of human interaction.

The exciting quest begins at the individual level, progressing sequentially to interpersonal and organizational/systems levels.

CIT is not just another personal development program:

It is a comprehensive training that draws inspiration from the cutting-edge research worlds of neuroscience, psychology, trauma-informed care, peace and conflict studies, and contemplative science. It builds upon the groundbreaking work of renowned authors Daniel Goleman, author of 'Emotional Intelligence,' and Peter Senge, as well as initiatives in Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) and other relevant fields.
